Software Engineer II (.Net Developer)

Role Overview: As a Dot Net professional, your primary role will involve designing, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining components. You will collaborate with a team of Project Managers, Developers, and Quality Assurance personnel to release features. Working in an agile development environment following SCRUM practices, you will be responsible for building usable software that is released at high quality, runs at scale, and is well adopted by customers. Your ability to scale features to handle growth, manage large volumes of data, release new features monthly, and seek feedback for continuous improvement will be crucial. You are expected to have a strong sense of pride in your work and maintain a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, release, and maintain components. - Collaborate with a cross-functional team to release features. - Work in an agile development environment following SCRUM practices. - Build usable software released at high quality and scale. - Learn to scale features to handle growth and manage large volumes of data. - Release new features into production monthly and seek feedback for refinement. - Maintain a high standard of quality in your work. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in designing and developing applications on the Microsoft stack. - Strong background in building web applications. - Proficiency in Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, .NET/IIS with C#. - Strong experience with SQL Server and its tools, with the ability to understand and modify existing Stored Procedures. - Experience in developing web applications using Angular/Flutter/Dart is a plus. - Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.,
