As a Golang & Blockchain Developer, you will be part of a core engineering team responsible for designing and implementing high-performance backend systems and blockchain solutions. You'll work on distributed architectures, smart contracts, and scalable microservices that power secure, enterprise-grade products. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies, while contributing to mission-critical business systems. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang. - Build and deploy private blockchain networks (Hyperledger Fabric). - Develop and optimize smart contracts (chaincode) in Go for enterprise workflows. - Implement secure APIs and microservices for blockchain data and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture) to deliver reliable solutions. - Conduct performance optimization, testing, and debugging of blockchain nodes and Go services. - Write technical documentation for blockchain modules and integration workflows. - Research and evaluate new blockchain frameworks, tools, and cryptographic techniques to enhance platform capabilities. - Contribute to improving DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability for blockchain networks. Requirements: - Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution. - 4-8 years of total software development experience, with 2+ years in Golang. - Hands-on experience in blockchain development (preferably Hyperledger Fabric). - Strong understanding of smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer architecture. - Proficiency in REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices design patterns. - Knowledge of cryptographic protocols, digital signatures, and key management. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. - Working knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven systems is a plus. - Cloud experience on AWS / Azure / GCP is desirable. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and ownership mindset.
