Software Engineer- DotNet & Winforms

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer at ResMed, your primary objective will be to design, develop, test, and deliver software that meets business and customer needs. You will play a crucial role in managing the .NET desktop client application - "Somnoware Device Interface (SDI)" - which integrates with various 3rd party sleep diagnostic devices. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and testing software - Ensuring software behavior meets requirements through manual and automated tests - Delivering quality products within timelines - Documenting product design - Analyzing and resolving customer issues - Collaborating effectively with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in C# (.NET), Object-Oriented Programming, application development - Experience in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers in Transact SQL on Microsoft SQL Server - Experience with Windows Forms, WPF, MVVM, WCF Services, design patterns, SOLID principles - Knowledge of multi-threaded application development, asynchronous programming model, RESTful Web Services - Familiarity with Unit Test framework, full product lifecycle development processes - Experience in developing enterprise software applications in an n-tier architecture - Strong interpersonal skills for effective networking, collaboration, and leading cooperative efforts among project teams Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with AWS Services, CI/CD Jenkins, JavaScript/TypeScript - Knowledge of Agile-Scrum Development Processes Please note that this job at ResMed offers more than just a job opportunity; it's a chance to be part of a culture driven by excellence, diversity, and innovation.
