Software Engineer - Dot net

As a Software Engineer - Dot Net in Trivandrum, Technopark, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices is a key part of your role. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Additionally, you will document software designs, processes, and procedures, as well as provide technical support and assistance to end-users when necessary. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field along with 2-3 years of experience in software development using the .NET framework. Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC, REST API is required, along with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also important. Familiarity with microservices architecture, experience with unit testing frameworks, understanding of DevOps principles and practices, and knowledge in SQL Server programming will be advantageous.
