Software Engineer - Client Success

As a Client Success Engineer at LogiNext, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless technical operations of the organization's SaaS product suite. Your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve technical issues promptly to uphold the defined SLAs. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. - Be proficient in JAVA, Spring, RESTful web services, Mongo, RDBMS, AWS, Python, and other relevant technologies. - Enhance code at the production level and provide technical support to enterprise clients. - Adhere to SLAs to ensure high-quality services for clients. - Identify and troubleshoot application and software-related issues to determine root causes. - Collaborate with product development and DevOps teams to create highly scalable products. - Efficiently manage multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. - Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in developing scalable enterprise applications. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JPA, Spring framework, and RESTful web services for web application development. - Strong coding skills in Java along with experience in MySQL, MongoDB, and other databases. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AngularJS, and D3.js is preferred. - Demonstrated track record in leading large-scale projects following Agile SDLC methodologies. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and time management skills. - Willingness to provide weekend support on a rotational basis.,
