Software Engineer - Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Work on the infrastructure side of a highly ambitious project to establish the capabilities of the platform and develop the development environment - Develop an extensible core business model that represents the firm's business and collaborate with business teams to develop services on top of the core services Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java with 2+ years of experience - Experience with Distributed systems - Knowledge of SDLC practices and tooling, including version control and CI/CD - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, both written and orally - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse and geographically distributed teams Your impact will involve building software and infrastructure services with security and maintainability, partnering with other engineers to ensure platform performance and compliance, innovating solutions to complex problems, and influencing teams to challenge practices. You will also manage the full lifecycle of software components and engage in production troubleshooting and remediation. Additionally, Preferred Qualifications include experience with cloud technologies, specifically GCP, containerization with Kubernetes, open source technologies, and software monitoring, measuring, auditing, and support.
