Software Engineer (ASP.NET MVC Developer)

As a Software Engineer at Timelabs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring code quality standards are met. You will also monitor development timelines, delegate tasks to developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex software problems. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in Agile development methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Review code periodically to ensure code quality standards are met - Monitor development timelines & delegate tasks to developers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers - Participate in Agile development methodologies - Communicate effectively with stakeholders - Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project plans - Ensure software quality for efficiency & responsiveness - Document and maintain software functionality Qualifications: - At least 3 years of relevant experience in web development on .Net Platform - Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills are must - Extensive experience with programming languages & database such as C#, JavaScript, Python, MSSQL etc. - Experience working with agile development in business-critical applications - Strong logical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities - Excellent organization and time management skills - Demonstrated ability to lead a team - Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties - Degree in Computer Science or relevant field In addition to the mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, Timelabs provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund for full-time employees.
