Job Description: Experience 1-3 years Location - Gurgaon Education MCA/B.E./B.Tech or related degree in Computer Science (Full Time prefered) Essentials: - B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent with 1-3 years of working experience in web domain with following skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good understanding of web technologies like C#, .NET (MVC or Web Forms), MySQL/ SQL Server, HTML, jQuery, and related web concepts & technologies. Strong analytical skills, quick learner and strong team player. Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook is must. Good analytical and reasoning skills. Should be effective in grasping the process knowledge of projects and end to end business flow. Job Role To provide 1st/2nd Level Production Support on eBusiness Web Tools for our Keysight facing external website (www.keysight.com). Take ownership of customer issues reported and troubleshoot to find the solution. Ensuring timely and accurate response to customer issues. Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity. Interact with customers as and when required.
