Technology is changing incredibly fast The criminals know it, and they are taking advantage We know it too, For nearly 30 years, the incredible minds at Cognyte around the world have worked closely together and put their expertise to work, to keep up with constantly evolving technological and criminal trends and help make the world a safer place with leading investigative analytics software solutions, We are defined by our dedication to doing good and this translates to business success, meaningful work friendships, a can-do attitude, and deep curiosity, We are looking for an experienced dot net\Java Team Leader with experience in leading development and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications to join our awesome R&D team in India, As dot net\Java Team Leader youll make an impact on: Build an efficient and functioning development team; Building out products & products enhancements from idea through to launch and field support; Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance; Prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks throughout the software development life cycle; Worked on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application development, Requirements: Your toolbox: Software Engineering or other related degree; Over 5 years of experience in dot net\java development; Over 8 10 years of experience in leading development team; Strong software architectural knowledge; Strongdot net\Java coding or data architecture skills; Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns; Profound insight of Java or dot net (Memory Management, Transaction management etc ); Experience with Agile Methodology; Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies; Experience in the Spring Framework would be considered an advantage; Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within software design and development; Experience with: multithreading, REST, application servers and Open sources tools; Scripting skills (Maven/ANT/Shell/JavaScript) an advantage; Experience with Kafka an advantage Soft skills: A team player mindset with an ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; A person driven by curiosity; Thrive on solving the most complex security challenges; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, Show more Show less
