Software Development Lead - PTC Windchill

You will be responsible for leading and driving software development & configuration using PTC Windchill. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality delivery, and guiding technical decisions throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Windchill Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead customization, configuration & integration. - Mentor team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions. - Ensure alignment with client goals and project milestones. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver scalable solutions. Skills & Experience: - Must Have: PTC Windchill (6+ yrs), Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, UI -Customization. - Experience in Deployment, Upgrades & Migration. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Git/SVN, CI/CD. - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
