Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead software development projects effectively - Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development - Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development - Expertise in applying tools for software development Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter - This position is based at our Noida office - A BE degree is required
