Project Role :Software Development Lead

Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in project planning and execution- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical

Proficiency in SAP FI Asset Accounting- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles- Experience in configuring and implementing SAP FI-AA modules- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules- Hands-on experience in leading software development projects
