Summary:As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation, and supporting the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Qualification BE or B Tech
