Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced engineering leader to drive excellence in Cybersecurity and Functional Safety across automotive and embedded systems. This role combines strategic oversight of enterprise cybersecurity architecture, risk management, and compliance, with hands-on leadership in functional safety engineering, MBSE, and MBD. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, program leadership, and cross-domain collaboration skills to enable secure, safe, and compliant vehicle platforms. 
Roles & Responsibilities:1.Cybersecurity Leadership2.Define and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals, threat landscapes, and regulatory requirements.3.Lead the design of secure IT and embedded architectures, including cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ECU platforms, and vehicle networks.4.Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management across IT, OT, and embedded domains.5.Ensure compliance with global standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and ISO/SAE 21434.6.Develop and manage incident response plans, forensic investigations, and recovery protocols.7.Promote DevSecOps practices and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.8.Support OT/ICS security initiatives in industrial and automotive control systems.9.Functional Safety & Systems Engineering10.Lead MBSE initiatives using SysML and tools like Cameo, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect.11.Drive Model-Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and associated toolchains.12.Own the Functional Safety lifecycle per ISO 26262 / IEC 61508, including HARA, safety concepts, and validation.13.Conduct safety analysis activities including FMEA, FTA, and HARA to identify and mitigate risks.14.Integrate MBSE and MBD workflows with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.15.Promote best practices aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards.16.Program & Stakeholder Management17.Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal teams to align on technical goals and delivery milestones.18.Represent the organization in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution presentations.19.Oversee cybersecurity and safety programs, budgets, and resource planning.20.Support internal and external audits, assessments, and documentation for compliance and quality assurance.21.Mentor and develop high-performing teams in cybersecurity, safety engineering, and systems architecture.Professional & Technical Skills:
1.15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, functional safety, and embedded systems within automotive or industrial domains.2.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.3.Strong understanding of ISO 26262, ASPICE, ISO/SAE 21434, and systems engineering principles.4.Hands-on experience with SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and safety analysis techniques.5.Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, and cybersecurity platforms (SIEM, IAM, DLP).6.Exposure to AUTOSAR, real-time operating systems, and embedded software development.7.Experience in Agile, SAFe, and V-model development environments.8.Background in OT/ICS security and secure software development practices
