Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NAMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and align with client expectations, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with integration of SAP systems and data migration processes.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
