Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the development process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:Work as a member of an Agile team by -Collaborating with the product team to help find solutions for their business objectives. -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for stories. -Provide estimates for requested enhancements/stories. -Participate in daily huddles to provide updates and blockers.Develop on the ServiceNow platform -Low code / No code solutions -Via scripting and coding -System Configurations. -Integrating with other systemsProvide support for defects or incidents related to release enhancements.Use considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems.Requires minimal direction / oversight. Skills:

ServiceNow Certified Administrator certificationsMinimum 5-6 Years experience developing on the ServiceNow PlatformAbility to read documentation to configure solutionsNot afraid to ask questions, seek knowledge and offer alternative solutionsExperience working with a customer to document their needs for story creationStrong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issuesBreadth of experience on the ServiceNow platform -Flow Designer / Legacy Workflows -Integration Hub configurations - Strong understanding of business rules, when to use them, and the trigger conditions. -Strong understanding of script includes and when to use them and how to leverage them for repetitive functions. -Advanced knowledge of catalog design and client scripting. -Strong understanding of the differences of client-side and server-side -Using AJAX calls to make requests to the serverServiceNow Platform module knowledge -Experience implementing any modules within ServiceNow -Knowledge of different ServiceNow module uses
