Your role involves overseeing the software development process and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.- Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development.- Hands-on experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
