Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Revenue Management. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. - Experience in software development methodologies and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with application testing and debugging techniques. Extensive experience in Model N with strong functional expertise across pricing, contracts, and revenue management processes. Skilled in translating business requirements into detailed test scenarios and scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, regression, and interface testing, with hands-on experience in test execution and defect analysis. Proficient in preparing and maintaining test documentation in Excel, aligned with compliance and IT QA standards (GxP preferred). Excellent communication and analytical skills to collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth delivery. Proven ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments and provide insights to improve business processes and system effectiveness. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Life Sciences Revenue Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
