Must have skills : Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting client issues, designing and implementing solutions, and communicating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and other related technologies. Interpret and design solutions based on deep product knowledge, accurately defining client issues and ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications, utilizing strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). Good To Have Skills:Experience with other related technologies such as Azure Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML. Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture and design principles. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Active Directory and related technologies. Solid grasp of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration management.Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
