Role & responsibilities

Position Overview:

As an Engineering Lead, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for managing and

guiding software development and testing teams. This role requires deep technical

expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the successful delivery of

high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and

business stakeholders while driving technical excellence and innovation across the

organization.

Required Technical Skills

Software Development & Architecture

• Expertise in full-stack development (Frontend: React.js, Next.js | Backend: Node.js,

Ruby on Rails, .Net).

• Strong experience in system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in event-driven architectures, background job orchestration, and

caching strategies.

• Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud

strategies.

Quality & Performance Engineering

• Experience in security compliance testing and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to drive resilience engineering and fault-tolerant system design.

Team & Project Management Tools

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder

communication.

• Strong ability to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Proven experience in leading development and testing teams.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development, system design, and cloud

computing.

• Experience in mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and driving

best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
