1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing objectives, and communication standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and digital media design. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and other relevant teams to create engaging visual assets for digital platforms, campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and internal business requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Creative Design and Development

• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual layouts based on project briefs.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color palettes, and visual communication.
• Create designs that align with the company's professional standards and target audience.

B. Digital Marketing and Social Media

• Design creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals for campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Adapt designs into different sizes and formats according to platform requirements.
• Support marketing campaigns with visually engaging and conversion-oriented creatives.

C. Branding and Corporate Communication

• Design corporate presentations, company profiles, pitch decks, business documents, and internal communication materials.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ensure all visual materials follow approved brand standards.
• Support the creation of logos, icons, illustrations, and other brand assets when required.

D. Collaboration and Execution

• Coordinate with content writers, marketers, video editors, and other team members to execute creative briefs.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.

E. File Management and Quality Control

• Organize design files, assets, and project folders systematically.
• Deliver final artwork in the required formats, including PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and editable source files where applicable.
