About the Role We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Software Developer to build and maintain technology solutions for our real estate and property development operations. In this role, you will help develop internal tools, property management systems, and automated workflows that streamline our site tracking, tenancy management, and financial dashboards. Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, code, and maintain web or internal applications tailored to real estate property management, tenant onboarding, and asset tracking.
• Workflow Automation: Develop scripts and software tools to automate administrative tasks, expense dashboards, and data entry processes.
• Database Management: Structure, maintain, and optimize databases storing property details, client/tenant information, lease agreements, and construction material logs.
• System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs (such as CRM platforms, accounting software, or communication tools) into our internal corporate systems.
• Testing & Maintenance: Troubleshoot software bugs, perform routine system maintenance, and ensure the security and privacy of corporate data.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (MCA graduates are also welcome).
• Experience: Freshers with a strong technical portfolio or internship experience are highly encouraged to apply! (0–2 years of experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#).
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, or similar).
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and the ability to translate real-world business needs into technical solutions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
