Roles & Responsibilities

Fresher / Entry-Level Developer

Assist in the
design, development, and maintenance
of web applications using
Python and Django
.
Develop
responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
using
HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
.
Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and implement solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot software components to ensure performance and reliability.
Learn and apply modern
software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Contribute to the
integration of front-end and back-end functionalities
for seamless performance.
Stay updated with new frameworks, libraries, and industry trends in Python and web development.

Experienced Developer (2 to 5 years)

Design, develop, and deploy
robust Django-based web applications
integrated with RESTful APIs.
Develop
interactive front-end components
using HTML, CSS, and modern web design principles.
Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and maintain secure coding standards.
Implement
database models, ORM queries
, and handle backend logic using
Python/Django
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Python scripting when needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
