Software Developer (Python Django Reactjs AI)

We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys working across the backend (Python/Django) and frontend (React.js) and is curious about applying AI/ML to real-world products. This is a hands-on role where you will be contributing to architecture decisions, building new features end-to-end, and shaping how AI integrates into our platforms.

As part of our engineering team, you'll get to work on projects that directly impact customers from designing intuitive interfaces to deploying AI-driven features like recommendations, automation, or intelligent analytics.

• Build and Scale Applications: Develop robust backends with Python & Django/DRF and engaging frontends with React.js.

• Work with AI: Integrate AI/ML models into production applications could be NLP, predictive analytics, or recommendation engines.

• API Development: Design and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs for seamless integration across services.

• Problem Solving: Debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance of web apps, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and fast.

• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that delight users.

• Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and testable code while following industry best practices.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, bring fresh ideas to technical discussions, and help shape team culture.

• Experienced: 36 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

• Backend Savvy: Strong expertise in Python, Django, and REST frameworks.

• Frontend Skilled: Solid experience with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and UI state management.

• AI Curious: Some exposure to AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar) and enthusiasm to learn more.

• Database Knowledge: Hands-on with relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL and ORM frameworks.

• Modern Development: Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Collaborative: Strong communication skills, proactive in solving problems, and willing to share knowledge.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Familiarity with MLOps or productionizing ML models.

• Knowledge of real-time systems, data streaming, or analytics platforms.

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects you're proud of.
