Software Developer (NodeJS)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Developer (NodeJS) based in Chennai. As a Software Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using NodeJS. You will write clean and efficient code, debug and troubleshoot applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and actively participate in code reviews and project planning. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong proficiency in JavaScript and NodeJS. Additionally, experience with web frameworks like Express or Koa, familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React or Angular, and an understanding of asynchronous programming are essential. Proficiency in database systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, as well as knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, is required. You should also be well-versed in version control tools like Git, possess good problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, is necessary.
