Software Developer

Role Overview: As a Software Developer with over 4 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain .NET APIs and Python-based backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead and mentor junior developers, manage project timelines effectively, and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards. Experience in ReactJS is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain .NET APIs and Python-based backend services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions. - Lead and mentor junior developers; ensure adherence to coding and quality standards. - Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. - Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews. - Optional: Work with ReactJS for front-end integration or dashboard development. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core. - Strong proficiency in C#, Web APIs, and SQL databases. - Proven experience in Python (Flask/Django or scripting). - Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and data handling. - Experience with version control (Git) and Agile development practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated team management and project delivery capabilities. - Optional: Exposure to ReactJS or other front-end frameworks.
