As a Senior Software Developer AI at Endpoint, you will play a crucial role in leveraging AI technologies to enhance business processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include understanding existing business workflows, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation, and advocating the benefits of these solutions in terms of speed, quality, and cost. You will be expected to develop proof of concepts (POCs), secure business approval, and implement AI solutions at a global scale. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, proficiency in neural networks, programming, NLP, prompt engineering, and hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks are key aspects of this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gain a deep understanding of business processes to identify areas suitable for AI-driven solutions. - Promote AI-driven opportunities to automate business processes and highlight benefits in speed, quality, and cost. - Identify and communicate the advantages of AI-driven solutions to stakeholders. - Develop and present POCs to demonstrate the value of AI-driven solutions. - Work with business leaders to gain approval for AI-driven initiatives. - Implement AI-driven solutions at scale globally. - Assist in developing or implementing new AI-driven solutions, processes, policies, or systems. - Demonstrate efficient and accurate completion of all responsibilities. - Address any issues in deployed solutions and resolve them within estimated time and quality. - Document work including solution, coding comments, and release notes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field. - 5+ years of software development experience with front-end and back-end technologies. - Strong understanding and implementation of AI-driven solutions. - Familiarity with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platforms. - Ability to handle complex work and mentor junior developers. - Strong programming skills in Python, proficiency in .Net, Java, JavaScript. - Practical experience with AI tools and frameworks like Hugging Face and OpenAI. - Design and optimize prompts for AI models. - Experience integrating AI solutions into existing business processes. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. **Additional Details about Endpoint:** Endpoint is an interactive response technology (IRT) systems and solutions provider in the life sciences industry.
