Software Design Engineer in Test

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at AGDATA, you will play a crucial role in designing and building software solutions alongside talented developers in Pune. You will have the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges and create innovative solutions that make a difference. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in story refinement sessions to ensure clear understanding of details and dependencies, focusing on testing considerations - Collaborate with Product Owner and Developers to deliver high-quality results as a team - Write and maintain test cases, execute tests, and conduct ad-hoc testing with user experience in mind - Automate test cases based on priority before the end of each sprint - Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards - Monitor Azure Release for regression bugs and environment issues - Coordinate testing of features with geo-distributed teams - Actively participate in Retrospective meetings and drive process improvements - Manage quality and bug reports throughout all stages of releases **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience as an SDET - 3+ years experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid - 2+ years experience testing web APIs through code - Strong OOP design skills with C#/Java programming proficiency - Proficiency in API testing and UI/Web testing - Ability to write SQL queries for data validation - Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding tools - Familiarity with Visual Studio 2016+ and Git - 1+ year experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of the ROI and risks associated with testing, test automation, code coverage, and feature coverage - Passion for design, development, and quality If you are adaptable, accountable, collaborative, and curious with a passion for success and growth, AGDATA welcomes you to join the team.
