Pre-sales Manager B2B SaaS Industry Gurgaon - 5-10 Years We are looking for a Pre-sales Manager with 5-10 years of experience in the B2B SaaS industry , who can play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and delivering exceptional pre-sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating high-quality presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and enterprise software demonstrations , along with excellent communication and client relationship management skills . This role demands a proven track record of working on complex, high-value opportunities and contributing to revenue growth in global markets. Location : Gurgaon, Onsite Your Future Employer : A pioneer and leader in full-stack e-GTM solutions, serving large enterprises across 18 countries. Key Responsibilities Develop Customized Sales Materials : Create compelling, high-quality presentations, proposals, RFPs, and software demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs. Collaborate on Strategy : Partner with product and sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and align customer solutions with business goals. Build Strong Client Relationships : Work closely with the sales team to build, manage, and maintain robust customer relationships, delivering exceptional pre-sales support. Engage in Customer Interactions : Meet with prospects to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Feedback for Product Development : Collect and communicate valuable client feedback to product management and engineering teams, ensuring continuous product improvement. Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends to enhance pre-sales strategies. Content Visualization and Creation : Leverage your expertise in PowerPoint and other tools to design visually impactful and customized sales content. Deliver Enterprise Projects : Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise Sales Automation implementations. Key Requirements Experience : 610 years of experience in pre-sales within the B2B SaaS industry. Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of SaaS products, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Presentation Skills : Expertise in creating engaging and visually appealing sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Customer-Focused Approach : Proven ability to engage with clients, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions. Analytical Skills : Ability to understand and analyze client requirements, industry trends, and competitive intelligence. Educational Background : A bachelors degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
