Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SMESmartPlant implementation in test, dev & prod environmentApplication configuration & customizationProject setups, Integration with other SmartPlant toolTroubleshooting SmartPlant application user & administration issues- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Ensure effective communication within the team- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changesProfessional & Technical
