We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals for our software solutions and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, etc.). Understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and follow-ups with prospects. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Work closely with marketing and product teams for lead nurturing and campaign execution. Maintain CRM tools with up-to-date information on leads and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: B2B sales: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
