Software Architect_Python Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems using Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Additionally, you will contribute to architecture discussions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams, define service communication patterns, and mentor development teams on best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable, maintainable backend systems using Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Contribute to architecture discussions involving scalability, performance optimization, and fault tolerance. - Translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions and system design documents. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. - Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate APIs and services effectively. - Contribute to defining service communication patterns and data flow between microservices. - Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in architecture and software design. Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of overall software development experience with a strong focus on Python. - Proven experience in developing production-grade backend systems. - Solid understanding of system design principles, scalability, and distributed systems. - Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Exposure to frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, is an advantage (not mandatory). - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical design decisions clearly.,
