Software Architect Team Lead

As a Technical Manager cum Architect at ECTDGlobal, you will have a crucial role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Technology Leadership:** - Define and own the technical architecture across products and platforms. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. - Lead by example in code quality, development practices, and problem-solving. - **Project & Team Management:** - Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, and DevOps. - Manage resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables. - **Architecture & Design:** - Design scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable systems. - Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows. - Conduct design and code reviews. - **Cloud & DevOps Integration:** - Architect and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Storage, etc.). - Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a managerial or architectural role. - Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework, React.js (or React with TypeScript), and Microsoft Azure. - Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, design patterns, and modern web development. - Proven experience in leading mid-to-large engineering teams. - Experience with CI/CD, code versioning tools (like Git), and Agile methodologies. - Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. **Good to Have (Optional Skills):** - Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Exposure to regulatory or compliance-heavy domains (e.g., healthcare, pharma). - Experience with automated testing frameworks.
