Job Description

The Solutions Architect role requires an experienced individual with 12-20 years of expertise in delivering large-scale SaaS/PaaS/API/Microservice Architectures-based applications. You should have a strong background in domain-driven data modeling and API contract definition. Your responsibilities will include developing platform-based architectures with multiple streams of activity, particularly focusing on message/event-based architectures. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Enterprise Integration Patterns, you will be expected to define and develop high-volume, horizontally scalable architectures in the cloud. Additionally, you should have experience working with sensitive data and implementing appropriate security measures such as Voltage encryption. Your expertise should extend to security aspects of microservices architecture, encompassing OAuth, OpenID Connect, and JWT tokens. Hands-on experience with continuous delivery/continuous integration pipelines and architectures is crucial for this role. You will lead architecture development for complex systems, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements. Effective communication skills are essential as you will be required to influence, inspire, and engage teams, peers, and stakeholders. Moreover, you should be proficient in collaborating with distributed multicultural teams, including nearshore and offshore service providers. Mandatory skills for this role include a solid understanding of IT capabilities, methods, and technologies, along with extensive experience in designing and developing IT solutions. You must possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders and excel in stakeholder management and communication. Your contribution to establishing design patterns, standards, and reusable design blocks will be crucial for ensuring consistency, speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Additionally, desirable skills include leading technical teams with onshore and offshore resources and familiarity with the US Healthcare domain.
