We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
