🌟 Hiring: Quality Analyst – Manual & Automation Testing 📍 Location: Mohali (Onsite) 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a Quality Analyst with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our dynamic tech team in Mohali! If you're passionate about product quality, bug tracking, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you! 🚀 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 📝 Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases (manual + automated) 🧪 Perform functional , regression , integration , system , and performance testing 🐞 Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools 🤝 Collaborate with developers & product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues 💻 Maintain & update automated test scripts and frameworks ✅ Ensure QA best practices and process adherence 📈 Continuously improve QA methodologies and efficiency ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: 🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field 💼 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Software QA 🔍 Strong Manual Testing skills & knowledge of QA methodologies 🤖 Proficient in Automation Testing using Selenium, TestNG, JUnit , or similar 🌐 Experience with web/mobile test scripting 🔧 Familiarity with Git or other version control tools 📘 Understanding of SDLC and Agile processes 🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ✍️ Good communication and documentation abilities 💡 Preferred (Nice to Have): 🔗 Knowledge of API testing with Postman or REST Assured ⚙️ Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins 🎓 ISTQB certification
