Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Chemist located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Production Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, performing quality control checks, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and supporting Research and Development (R&D) activities. This role involves analyzing chemical compounds, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the production team to optimize chemical processes. Qualifications Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills Experience in Quality Control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Knowledge and experience in Research and Development (R&D) Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
