Develop tools for Marginal Abatement Cost Curve (MACC) analysis to prioritize cost-effective carbon reduction measures. Climate Risk & Data Analysis: Conduct climate risk modelling and scenario analysis for supply chain and operations. Benchmark sustainability performance data against industry standards and competitors. Regulatory Knowledge & Advocacy: Stay informed about foreign sustainability regulations (e.g., ESPR, Ecodesign Directive, PEF) and recommend system improvements. Represent GreenStitch in technical ESG consultations and meetings, contributing to policy discussions. Collaboration & Innovation: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate ESG principles into the business and product roadmap. Innovate and suggest tools or processes to streamline sustainability-related data and reporting systems. Key Skills & Qualifications Experience: 25 years in ESG reporting, sustainability analysis, or climate-tech roles; experience with 23 ESG frameworks (GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD). Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of GHG Accounting (Scopes 1, 2, 3), LCA methodologies, and MACC analysis design. Data & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or similar; strong ability to present data to varied audiences. Soft Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Studies, or a related field. Certifications in ESG reporting, GHG accounting (e.g., GHG Protocol), or LCA tools. Familiarity with ESG software or climate-tech tools.
