We are looking for a Datacentre / Hybrid Cloud AI Infrastructure Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of AI infrastructure. Your main tasks will include conducting infrastructure assessments, developing technology roadmaps, recommending solutions, designing architectures, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and compliance. As a Datacentre / Hybrid Cloud AI Infrastructure Architect, you should have at least 10-14 years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on Hybrid and Cloud Technologies. You will need a deep understanding of on-premises and cloud technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate existing IT infrastructure for hybrid and cloud environments, identify gaps and risks. 2. Roadmap Development: Create detailed plans to modernize infrastructure in line with business goals. 3. Technology Recommendations: Recommend technology solutions based on business needs and provide cost-benefit analysis. 4. Architecture Design: Design scalable and cost-effective AI infrastructure solutions for on-premises and hybrid cloud environments. 5. Collaboration and Leadership: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical leadership during solution design. 6. Cloud and Hybrid Design and Integration: Design migration strategies and ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud infrastructures. 7. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability. 8. Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, including 5+ years as an Infrastructure Architect. - Strong knowledge of HCI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and virtualization technologies. - Experience with Observability tools, infrastructure automation tools, cloud platforms, containerization technologies, network architecture, storage solutions, and security frameworks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
