Soft Skill Trainer

Role Overview: As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will conduct training sessions on various topics such as Communication & Public Speaking, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership & Teamwork, Body Language & Presentation, and Time Management & Professional Etiquette. You will be responsible for training school students, college students, and working professionals from different age groups. Your tasks will include designing interactive learning activities, creating lesson plans based on the Chatterbox curriculum, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring student progress. You will also conduct mock sessions, speech practices, group discussions, and storytelling activities. Participation in orientation days, finale events, and live workshops is also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions on Communication & Public Speaking, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership & Teamwork, Body Language & Presentation, and Time Management & Professional Etiquette - Design interactive learning activities and lesson plans according to the Chatterbox curriculum - Provide constructive feedback to students - Track student progress - Conduct mock sessions, speech practices, group discussions, and storytelling activities - Participate in orientation days, finale events, and live workshops Qualification Required: - Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken & written) - Passion for teaching, mentoring, and public speaking - Confident personality with a creative, energetic approach to training - Ability to engage and connect with students of different age groups - Prior training or Toastmasters experience preferred (not mandatory) - Graduation in any field (preferably with certifications in training/communication),
