Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Soft Skill Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the interpersonal, communication, and professional development skills of our students/professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills including communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
• Train candidates on effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
• Prepare learners for job interviews, group discussions, and professional interactions.
• Deliver workshops on resume building, email etiquette, and corporate behavior.
• Create customized training content, PPTs, and handouts for soft skills modules.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide feedback.
• Help learners improve confidence, public speaking, and body language.
• Guide participants in handling workplace challenges and professional stress.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with job market needs.
• Organize mock interviews and provide one-on-one grooming sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and personality development.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment in the classroom.
