We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 7 years of experience in SAP Access management and authorizations. You should have completed at least one full SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and possess expert knowledge of the Role-Based Permissions (RBP) concept. This role requires a strong understanding of critical authorizations, experience with SAP HCM authorizations, and a proactive approach to managing SoD risks. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as an expert in SAP Access management and authorizations , with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects . Design and build permission roles and permission groups for both IT and business users, demonstrating expert knowledge of the RBP (Role-Based Permissions) concept. Apply a very good understanding of critical authorizations in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM . Utilize sound knowledge of different access reports available within SuccessFactors. Apply good knowledge and working experience of SAP HCM authorizations . Identify and manage SoD (Segregation of Duties) risks within HCM/SuccessFactors. Actively participate in all project phases (design, build, test, cutover, etc.) and deliver project deliverables. Communicate effectively, explaining technology solutions in business terms. Serve as a consultant, providing expert guidance and support. Skills Required: Overall 7+ years of experience in SAP Access management and authorizations . At least one SuccessFactors EC implementation project completed. Expert knowledge of the RBP concept and authorizations in SAP SuccessFactors. Very good understanding of critical authorizations in SAP SuccessFactors & HCM . Sound knowledge of different access reports available within SuccessFactors. Good knowledge and working experience of SAP HCM authorizations . Good knowledge of SoD risks within HCM/SuccessFactors. Project implementation experience and awareness of different project phases. Good communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
