We are a startup sock company specializing in premium, creative socks that combine art, fashion, and craftsmanship. Our mission is to bring bold ideas to life through patterns, colors, and themes that stand out — one pair of socks at a time.

We’re looking for a sock designer who can translate imaginative concepts into high-quality, production-ready sock designs and other creative assets for our brand.

You will be designing artworks with pixel-level precision.

Role Overview

As our Sock Designer, you will collaborate closely with our design head to transform ideas into beautiful, technically precise woven sock designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Sock Design:
• Translate concepts into visually compelling sock designs using flat templates.
• Develop color palettes, patterns, and themes aligned with seasonal trends.
• Work with the team through multiple iterations until the design is production-ready.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for weaving and textile constraints.
• Creative Direction & Ideation:
• Create mood boards and visual themes for each collection.
• Collaborate with the team on brainstorming sessions and creative planning.
• Research design trends, pop culture influences, and fashion inspiration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a sock designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing pattern design, illustration, and product-based work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Understanding of color theory, textile design, and pattern repeat techniques.
• Attention to detail and the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing socks or knitwear.
• Familiarity with weaving, embroidery, or DTF printing processes.
• Basic knowledge of mockups and 3D visualization tools.
