Key Responsibilities Lead & motivate store staff Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets Deliver exceptional customer service & same-day grievance resolution Maintain stock accuracy, 80:20 levels, FIFO & expiry control Ensure visual merchandising & planogram compliance Monitor shrinkage, CCTV & cash discipline Maintain hygiene, grooming standards & audit readiness Drive sampling activities, events & local community marketing Requirements & Qualifications 1520 years of experience in FMCG Food Retail / Supermarkets / Hypermarkets Must have managed medium to large retail formats Experience handling large teams (2550 staff) Strong understanding of fresh, grocery, dairy, frozen & daily essentials Proven track record in store operations, sales targets, shrinkage control & customer service Strong discipline, SOP compliance & operational leadership Excellent communication, grooming & customer service etiquette High level of ownership, integrity & decision-making ability Must be open to rotational shifts & weekend working (standard retail norms)
