Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for End to End Activities in terms of all SAEINDIA Marketing, SAEINDIA PR and Event Management. Membership Promotion, Marketing of Sponsorships, Delegates, Exhibits, Advertisements for Conferences, PDP, Publications and Website. This position is responsible for all events across our Engineering Education Board. Collaborating with top-tier professionals across industries for SAEINDIA initiatives. Coordinate with the Boards, Forums to conceive a technical program and effectively execute them, and Travel to forge alliances and maintain relationships with sections. Responsible for all Marketing Activities. Includes support to the Organizing Committees on Planning, Estimation, Co-ordination, Conducting, Budgets Vs Actuals, Planned Surplus, Overall Satisfaction of Customers & Stake Holders of all Programs. Create, Build and Lead a strong team to ensure successful Marketing, PR and Promotion of Memberships, Various Programs and Services directly and in co-ordination with Sections and other Stakeholders, as per plan formulated by various Boards and Committees. Customer, Membership, Industry Contacts, database creation, custody, and management. Ensure Proper and genuine Feedback from members on regular intervals for internal teams to work in line with the Member requirements.
