Key Skills: Graphic Designer, Adobe Roles and Responsibilities: Design creative assets for internal campaigns, events, recognition programs, leadership communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives Develop visual identities and themes for employee events (virtual and in-person) Create digital and print-ready content like banners, invites, posters, presentations, social-style graphics, and video thumbnails Ensure consistency with brand and tone while bringing in fresh, innovative ideas Collaborate with internal comms, HR, events, and leadership teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and creative libraries Contribute to visual storytelling around culture, values, and employee milestones Skills Required: 2-4 years of hands-on design experience (internships included), preferably in a corporate or startup environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition A thoughtful portfolio showcasing work across formats and use cases Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for internal comms, events, or people-focused campaigns Basic video editing or motion design skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) Familiarity with workplace tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or internal CMS platforms Passion for creating inclusive, accessible design that celebrates diversity Interest in storytelling, employee advocacy, and company culture Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
