About the Role:

Join MentorClap Education Pvt Ltd, a growing company dedicated to empowering students through personalized learning. We are looking for passionate and committed Social Studies Teachers to conduct offline (in-person) tutoring sessions for K–12 students.

As a Social Studies Teacher with MentorClap, you'll work closely with students to deepen their understanding of history, geography, civics, and economics. You'll help them develop critical thinking skills, analyze historical events, and build confidence in the subject. You'll have the flexibility to set your session timings and can choose to teach one-on-one or in small groups, depending on your preference and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive offline Social Studies tutoring sessions for K–12 students
• Assess students' learning needs and customize lessons accordingly
• Teach history, geography, civics, and economics concepts in an interesting and relatable manner
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Prepare learning materials, maps, worksheets, and case studies to enhance classroom sessions
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

• Strong command over Social Studies subjects (up to Grade 12)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and helping students understand social sciences effectively
• Availability for flexible part-time hours (evenings or weekends preferred)
• Must be able to conduct in-person classes at the designated location

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
