Security Supervisor GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations. Role & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day security operations to ensure the safety and security of premises, assets, and personnel. Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to alarms or incidents. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks. Manage and train security guards , ensuring adherence to security protocols and procedures. Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily logs. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures as directed by management. Respond to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Any Graduate. Proven experience in a security supervision role, preferably within an NGO, social services, or similar industry. Strong understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and incident management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Relevant security certifications (e.g., in security management, first aid) are a plus.
