Social Science Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Science Teacher to join our CBSE school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics as per CBSE standards, along with the ability to make learning engaging, interactive, and student-centered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Social Science lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Create lesson plans that integrate innovative teaching methods, activities, and multimedia tools.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations, and competitions.
• Encourage critical thinking, debate, and inquiry-based learning.
• Maintain discipline, classroom order, and a positive learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Science or related field.
• B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE syllabus requirements.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and technology.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per school norms / commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
