Social media/digital marketing

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Graduation in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Manage daily operations of the school's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.
• Schedule and publish regular posts aligned with the school calendar and events.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages.
• Promote school events, admissions, and key announcements.
• Work with staff and students to collect photos, videos, and stories.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and digital newsletters.
• Coordinate with teachers for academic highlights, classroom activities, and student successes.
• Maintain brand tone and consistency across all digital content

Technical Skill

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including:
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Email marketing tools.
• Basic video editing and photography skills.
