Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage content calendars and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create briefs for reels, carousels, and ad creatives that are aligned with trends and brand voice.

Monitor analytics and track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) to optimize performance.

Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver high-quality content.

Coordinate with paid media teams to boost posts and optimize campaigns.

Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, algorithms, and competitor activity.

Strategize and manage influencer collaborations and community engagement.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and content performance metrics

Creative mindset with a results-driven approach

Excellent communication & project management skills

Bonus: Experience in wellness/health/personal brand/social commerce sectors
